Teaching Teens to Value Money
Well, sometimes Avril Lavigne isn't at the top of the charts.
The same fate does not await the teen who can't afford a ticket to the Avril Lavigne concert, although she is likely to grimace, clutch her chest and gasp, much like a person in the throes of heart failure. Entertainment is a "want."
