Nick Hexum, lead singer for rock band 311, has listed his private island in the Florida Keys for $10 million. He originally purchased the property for $2.8 million in 2003.

His new album “Still Fantasy’s” second theme song “Twilight’s Chapter 7″ is set up as an elegant mystery hinting an analogy with the well known Sherlock Holmes story. Putting the MV in Jay’s hands, it became a murder mystery involving blue roses. He plays the role of a director, Nan Quan Mama’s Yu Hao acts as his assistant, and Devon plays the role of the suspect. Jay even booked one of the library for this MV shooting.
